“I found this a family-run hotel in an amazing location, on the edge of the Plaka district, which places you within easy reach of the Acropolis and Monastiriki; rooms with Acropolis views and balconies make it worth the stay. While furnishings are basic and the lift is tiny, the rooftop breakfast terrace and friendly staff provide a genuine Athenian experience; it's a fine base for exploring.”
